US Rep. Moran Sidetracks I-395 Gateway

Congressman Moran reportedly states that Washington, D.C.'s 14th Street ought to be widened -- which would require demolishing or shaving significant buildings alongside -- setting off a tidal wave of condemnation and distracting from the needed reconstruction of the SW Freeway.
