Note at the end of the video how the topography drops just past the Eastern Portal, in the area where M Street SE needs to be raised to allow a proper decking over of the SE Freeway segment to the east of the 11th Street Bridges- a need ignored by neglectors of comprehensive transportation planning/cheerleaders for real estate development, such as the blog Greater, Greater Washington.
